You know what’s even better than brunch though? Boozy brunch. Because drinking in the morning is never a bad idea, particularly when accompanied by five star foods from some of your fave local venues.

Can Tho Kitchen
First of all, bottomless drinks. Second of all, seafood for days. Can Tho Kitchen up in Runaway Bay does these things once a month and we highly suggest you get yourself there. The menu consists of a five course seafood bonanza (best word) including a Tuna Poke Crispy Wonton Taco that can get in our mouths right now. Also, as mentioned, bottomless drinks including Asahi, Corona, 333, Sparkling and Rosé. If you’ve never been to Can Tho Kitchen you won’t be aware of the high levels of epic food they produce. But now you are, so go. Just $65 per person for bottomless brunch.

Bazaar Gold Coast
Love you QT Gold Coast, with your exceptional variety of next-level eats and some of the prettiest interiors around. Mostly though, we love The Bazaar Brunch, which you can enjoy every Sunday from 11.30am until 3pm from just $59 per person. You get a glass of Chandon Rosé on arrival PLUS a choice of interactive food stations including crepes, gourmet breakfast bowls, a fondue station and breakfast pizzas to name a few. We say opt for the additional Bottomless Mimosas or treat yo’self to a Belvedere Bloody Mary or two. Brunch at its finest.

Luckily we have a lot of love to give because there are SO many Gold Coast venues worthy of it. It goes without saying Elk Espresso is one of those with their food slash art and absolutely beautiful space in the heart of Broady. You may eat there from 10am to midday, which includes your favourite dish paired with one-hour of bottomless mimosas (classic, strawberry lime or grapefruit) for $39. Not to mention, they just released a SWEET new summer menu that has the goods like Strawberries & Cream Wafles, Chorizo Banh Mi and Byron Bay Haloumi.

A pretty little place on the highway in Mermaid Beach, Little Mermaid is a self-proclaimed brunch venue and that is an absolute delight for the purposes of this piece. Not only delicious food options, these guys offer Endless Mimosas (for 1.5 hours) made up of sparkling wine, and freshly squeezed orange juice so, healthy. Eats-wise, we recommend the Truffled Corn and Feta Fritta AND the Mushroom Halloumi Stack, both of which speak for themselves. Happy brunching.

A relative newbie in the scheme of things, Ally Chow can be found in Nobby’s bringing you all the Asian fusion you can fill your belly with. Our new favourite thing is a Sunday Session at Ally Chow including six courses of the tastiest eats plus unlimited beer, bubbles and Thai Basil Caprioskas. So yes, that’s a thing. Best of all, it’s just $69 per person and that’s pretty much your Sunday sorted for the rest of time wouldn’t you say? Probs best to book so you don’t miss out.

Your favourite contemporary cantonese spot is now slinging weekend bottomless brunches so prepare to get boozy. No doubt you’ve already spent time in the space, so you know the good vibes are raging but times that by about a million and you’re close to what their new offering will ahh, offer. $55 gets you three Dim Sum Plates plus two hours of their Shaojiu Spritz. Shaojiu is a clear Chinese spirit distilled from grain. They’ve got two delightful varieties, St Germaine, Shaojiu and Prosecco (YUM, gimme) or their very own Bubble Spritz made of Agar Agar Strawberry Pearls, Shaojiu and Prosecco. They are also offering the Bottomless Spritz solo – two hours for $35 or three hours $45. HOW GOOD.

Everyone’s favourite ocean-view venue, Burleigh Pav, is now offering bottomless brunch every Saturday and that is pretty much the best news ever is it not? Taking place on The Tropic side of the space, you’ll not only get to gaze lovingly at the ocean but also indulge in fresh oysters, truffle and mortadella toasties; prawn cocktail rolls; and their signature woodfired pig bun all paired with bottomless NV Chandon and NV Chandon Rose. Amazing. We’ll see you there every weekend forever. Yep.
