Lim Nahm Thai turns up the heat in Robina.

Talk about Thai-riffic! The team behind Gold Coast favourites Valyn Thai and LimLay Burleigh has us all fired up for its newest dining destination, Lim Nahm Thai, now serving elevated Thai cuisine in the heart of Robina.
Founded in 2015 by hospitality heroes Pattaree (Pat) Jiranuchaiwattana and Vitchaya (Alex) Hasitawet, the Nahm Group has grown from a single restaurant into a much-loved collection of venues, each showcasing the vibrant flavours of Thailand and Southeast Asia in its own unique way. The latest addition to the group, Lim Nahm Thai, brings a fresh take on modern Thai dining.

The restaurant itself is just as impressive as the menu. Inspired by tropical resorts with refined Thai influences, the space combines warm timber, natural stone, lush greenery and earthy textures to create a luxe but laid-back vibe.
Settle into the spacious indoor dining room or grab a table in the covered alfresco area, both are equally suited to date night, family celebrations or a long lunch with your very own Spice Girls.

But let’s get to the real star of the show – the food! Lim Nahm Thai is serving up sizzling and oh-so-slup-worthy dishes in an elevated way.
One standout is the Red Duck Curry, featuring melt-in-your-mouth duck confit in a fragrant red curry alongside cherry tomatoes, tropical fruit and fresh herbs for the perfect balance of richness and freshness.

Another must-order is the Wagyu with Betel Leaves in Yellow Curry, pairing tender MBS9+ wagyu with fragrant betel leaves and kale in a silky yellow curry that’s packed with flavour.
The fan fave is always the Pineapple Fried Rice, served straight from a pineapple half. Packed with prawns, egg and that signature Thai seasoning, this dish is a tropical dream come true.

Feeling extra hungry? Rally the crew for the Jumbo Tom Yum Noodle Hot Pot. Available in oversized portions, it’s loaded with your choice of noodles, mixed seafood, chicken mince, crispy pork belly, chilli, coriander, shallots and egg. This is comfort food dialled all the way up.
If choosing is your least favourite part of dining out, the restaurant also offers curated set menus, leaving the hard decisions to the chef while you simply enjoy the feast.
The drinks menu keeps the tropical vibes flowing, from polished classics to playful signature cocktails.

The vibrant Smurf mixes gin, elderflower gin, lime juice and blue curaçao into a bright blue showstopper, while the Mai Thai shakes together white and dark rum with orange and hazelnut liqueurs, pineapple and lime for a holiday in a glass.
If you’re feeling adventurous, gather your girl squad around the colourful Wonder Wheel of shots, adding a little spin to your next celebration.

Open for both lunch and dinner, Lim Nahm Thai is already shaping up to be one of the suburb’s spiciest new hotspots.
