Believe It or Not!………. We have just had a renovation and have extended our offerings with a totally NEW attraction, brand NEW lobby and all NEW galleries featuring all NEW exhibits and interactives. Most exciting thing of all we are now a part of Australia’s ‘BIG’ things list, as on top of our building we have an Iconic 9 metre BLUE-RINGED Octopus Façade with glowing rings!
Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium and Ripley’s Impossible LaseRace
Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium is one of Surfers Paradises’ BEST Indoor Interactive Attractions and museums! With over 1,000 square metres to explore, guests will discover more than 300 genuine artifacts, amazing stories and videos, incredible illusions, fun interactive games, arcades and life-size figurines of unusual characters who actually lived! An hour plus of entertainment for the whole family!
A Ripley’s LaseRace is included in General Admission and guests speed and agility as they manoeuvre their way through without touching the lasers to achieve the top score!
Ripley’s 7D Moving Theatre
Ripley’s 7D Moving Theatre is an 8 seater immersive motion simulator ride with multiple effects and dimensions that makes the guests feel like they are right in the middle of a video game. The whole ride experience will take less than 10 minute and there are multiple movies to choose from, including taking a ride in the back of a Jeep shooting Zombies, running from Clowns in a carnival setting to even jumping around with Robots. This is a fast pace shooting experience where guests compete against the other opponents for the top score.
Ripley’s Retail Cargo Store & Ripley’s Candy Shop Plus Dippin’ Dots & Pucka Powder
The Cargo Hold Giftshop is filled with items that represent our crazy artefacts, cool take home trinkets, our famous line of books plus so much more. Our lobby also contains a self-service candy wall, (18 candy bins filled with American and Australian candy). We will also feature a Dippin Dots freezer, which is an American brand of cryogenically frozen ice-cream balls and Pucka Powder, a self-dispensing sherbet powder (in sweet and sour flavors) from America and a Coca-Cola fridge with carious coke products.
