JW Garden allows a sustainable way for our chefs to elevate their menus with seasonal herbs, edible flowers, fruits, and vegetables, incorporating an on-property farm-to-table program. Chapter & Verse’s high tea is classic with a modern twist. Perfect for any occasion, high tea is available 7 days a week from 10am to 3pm.
For $42 per person, the menu includes savory bites such as smoked salmon brioche, pencil asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, and smashed organic hen egg on mais loaf. Sweet dishes include salted caramel macaron, kahlua and chocolate sabayon cups, lemon meringue tart and more. All High Tea offerings are served with freshly baked scones with double cream and homemade jam. Beverages include a welcome glass of sparkling wine, freshly brewed Org brand organic coffee and a beautiful selection of Ronnefeldt leaf teas.
