The Inside Gold Coast (Promoter – of Unit 1/15-17 Dover Dr, Burleigh Heads, QLD, 4220) ‘WIN Inside Gold Coast’s monthly Giveaway’ competition commences Friday 2nd September 2022 at 3pm AEST. The competition ends Friday 30th September 2022 at 7pm AEST. To enter, the entrant must complete the Inside Gold Coast E-Newsletter Subscription Form on the Win a Fridays on the Lawn Giveaway webpage. (https://www.insidegoldcoast.com.au/fridays-on-the-lawn-sign-up). The competition is open to eighteen or over (18+) Queensland residents only. ID may be requested upon redemption. Employees of the Promoter or Prize Supplier or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. The winner will be drawn by a random generator on the first Monday of every Month. The winner will be contacted by Inside Gold Coast via email within 48 hours of the draw. The selected winner has twenty-four (24) hours to respond to the email and claim their prize. If the winner fails to respond within this time frame, the prize will be forfeited and submitted for a redraw. The prize awarded for the ‘WIN Inside Gold Coast’s monthly Summer Giveaway’ competition will be two ‘Through Frose Tinted Glasses’ cocktails, a cheese and charcuterie board for two and a picnic rug. The total prize value is $80. The prize is only valid for use during 1 Fridays on the Lawn with Inside Gold Coast events over the four (4) weeks following the draw. The prize does not include travel to and from the venue. The prize is not redeemable for cash, credit or product, and no exchanges are offered. The prize must also be redeemed all at once on one visit to Fridays on the Lawn with Inside Gold Coast. Entries into this competition are deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the terms and conditions of the promoter and prize supplier’s requirements. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
