Mirvac Gainsborough Greens Community Carnival

Catch the fireworks show and fun-filled action at the Gainsborough Greens Community Carnival on Saturday, September 10, from 3:00pm to 7:30pm, celebrating the final chapter of the award-winning community developed over more than a decade.

The street party at Gainsborough Drive, alongside Bim’bimba Park in Pimpama, will feature a ferris wheel, games alley, face painting, roving entertainment, and much more for all members of the family.

An unlimited rides access pass is available for $10 per person on the day, with proceeds going to the Act for Kids charity group.

A line-up of food vendors will also be offering all your favourite carnival eats, from juicy burgers, saucy chicken wings, to sizzling German bratwurst hot dogs to sink your teeth into while enjoying live music from local artists and bands.

The celebration, brought to you by developer Mirvac, marks the near completion of its Gainsborough Greens community, which after 15 years of development, is today home to about 5,000 Gold Coast residents and a thriving 170-hectare environmental reserve.

Those who live locally are encouraged to walk to the event, with limited parking available at Pimpama Junction and Pimpama Pavilion, on Dixon Drive. To ensure the safety of all pedestrians and road users, please keep to the footpaths when approaching the event.
