Join five of Australia’s acclaimed chefs as they bring to you the exclusive and first of its kind Hunted and Collected Degustation Dinner.
Based on the unique art of hunting and foraging, the menu will perfectly showcase local, seasonal and sustainable produce within a five-course feast paired with local Australian beverages.
Each of the five chefs will challenge themselves to craft dishes from what may be overlooked ingredients, using only produce they have hunted, fished and foraged within a 100 km radius of the abundant Currumbin Valley.
