F45 Track is open to existing F45 members and first-timers, so invite your friends, family, and colleagues along for a morning of heart-pumping, body-moving fun!

F45 Track – GOLD COAST

WHEN: Sunday, 6 February 2022

• Arrive at 7:30 AM for a 8:00 AM start

WHERE: Fisherman’s Lawn at Broadwater Parkland, Southport

WHAT TO BRING: Water bottle, towel, friends and plenty of energy!

F45 will be following local Covid mandates. Waivers are to be completed as part of this Eventbrite registration process.
