Introduction
This Contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions and accompanying Contest Details (collectively the “Terms”). Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
The Organisers of the Contest are InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort (Sanctuary Cove, Manor Cir, Hope Island QLD 4212) and Inside Gold Coast (1/15-17 Dover Dr, West Burleigh QLD 4220) (“Organiser”) which shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this Contest.
Eligibility to Enter
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.
Promotional Period
The Promotion commences at 9:00 AEST on Friday 2nd August 2024 and closes at Midnight AEST on Monday 4th November, 2024.
Entry Requirements
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
– Complete the competition form
– Entrants must complete all required fields in order to be eligible to win the prize. Required fields include full name, email, contact number, postcode and country.
– Entrants must opt-in to both the Inside Gold Coast & InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort email marketing database
This is a game of chance, and the winner will be selected at random.
The winning entry, as determined by the Organisers, will receive one prize (supplied as a gift voucher);
– Win a gourmet wood-fire dining experience at The Fireplace Restaurant, to the value of $400. Prize includes choices from the a la carte menu and wine pairing.
The prize does not include airport transfers, or any additional costs incurred.
The organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The prize can only redeemed from 6 months post receiving the issued gift voucher.
The winner will be decided by The Organiser’s and will be notified by email or phone. Confirmation will also be emailed to the winner, which they must present upon arrival to the event.
Once the winner has been contacted and confirmed, the promoter will publish the name of the winner to the competition landing page for 28 days.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The organiser’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice or in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
By entering the Contest, each participant agrees that:
– any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, Gold Coast and Inside Gold Coast for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Contest, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, Gold Coast and Inside Gold Coast may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, Gold Coast and Inside Gold Coast with consent;
– participant agrees to receive email marketing from InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, Gold Coast and Inside Gold Coast
– The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, Gold Coast and Inside Gold Coast publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites or social media platforms, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Contest / Lucky Draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
– The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, Gold & Inside Gold Coast without further compensation.

Prize is non-transferable and be resold or exchanged for cash or credit. The winner will be randomly drawn and notified by 12pm Monday 23rd September 2024. The winner will win a two night stay in a Lagoon View Twin Room at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, Daily buffet breakfast for two adults and two children and lunch a Lagoon Beach Club to the value of $100. Total prize valued at $1200. Prize valid for two adults & two children under 12 years. Prize winner must be over 18 years of age. Prize is valid for 12 months and is subject to the Resort availability. Blackout dates apply. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner will be contacted via Instagram from @insidegoldcoast. If prize is not claimed within 3 days the competition will be redrawn.
