Overindulge in aphrodisiac Sydney rock oysters, trawler-fresh seafood, Moreton Bay bugs, freshly tossed salads and slow-roasted meats. Fancy a fondue finish? Our chocolate fountain is the sweet centre of Bazaar’s ‘lovers’ station, overflowing with decadent delights.

Toast to love with our Love Potion cocktail on arrival, share longing looks surrounded by acoustic melodies.

Twilight Feast Under The Stars
Lights down, romance up – QT’s poolside cabanas are calling. Spoil your QTie with dinner for two under the celestial sky, in one of our private cabanas. Sink into your private cabana as you sip on Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Champagne on arrival, and share three decadent courses, side by side.

$320 per couple (one cabana)
In the event of wet weather, guests will be relocated to Bazaar Marketplace.

Sip and Stain Workshop
Want to shake things up this Valentine’s Day? Grab your boo or your bestie and settle in with a glass of bubbles as you unleash your inner Picasso. Bedazzle your very own take-home wine glass in our Sip and Stain workshop before stepping behind the bar to mix, muddle, and shake your cocktail in a bespoke mixology masterclass led by our expert QT bartenders.

Class includes: Arrival glass of sparkling wine, grazing platter with fruit, salts, meats and cheese, personalised take home wine glass and a cocktail mixed by yours truly.
