At 6:00 pm on Thursday 20th June 2024, we invite you to celebrate the opening of the Australian truffle season with an experiential dinner in The Fireplace featuring Coomer Truffles from Manjimup, Western Australia.
Be delighted as Executive Chef Hamish, Head Chef Randy and his team seamlessly weave the allure and elegance of truffle into the specialty of wood fire cuisine.
Take a gastronomic journey through gourmet canapés and three dishes of curated artistry, delighting in a divine welcome cocktail and wine pairing with every course.
Each diner will also be guided through the experience by a truffle expert who will impart curious knowledge about the extravagant art of everything truffle.
This experience is $175 per person, with bookings and prepayment essential.
