The Collective Brings Mediterranean Summer Vibes With Sunset Views, Live Music and Sparkling Cocktails By Bombay Citron Pressé.
As a tonic to the winter months, from Saturday, 5 August The Collective’s rooftop will be transformed into the Lemon Lounge by Bombay Citron Pressé. The new look rooftop will be serving up balmy evenings Mediterranean style, with a huge hit of citrus delivered by creative cocktails served from noon to midnight.
Known for its vibrant interiors and variety of dining experiences, The Collective Palm Beach has an extensive rooftop terrace with sunset views – perfect for delivering a Euro summer experience in the depths of winter without the expense of airfare.

From August to December expect good times at the Lemon Lounge with delicious bespoke cocktails, including classic Pressé & Tonics, Ultimate Tom Collins, or simply poured over ice in a lighter Pressé & Soda as well as light bites to keep the party going from noon to night.
