Bam Bam Bakehouse x Precinct Brewery Limited Edition Beer Release

Bam Bam Bakehouse has teamed up with Miami’s Precinct Brewery for a limited-release beer – a Strawberry & Custard Sour! The Precinct team, headed by brewer Jeremy James, has recreated a Bam Bam icon – the classic Strawberry & Custard Tart – into beer form, just in time for summer. It’s a real baker-meets-brewer situation, where a bunch of Bam Bam’s Strawberry and Custard Tarts were literally thrown into the beer vats at Precinct … along with a little (a lot) of magic from the Precinct brewing team. It’s fun and fresh sour beer, bright red in colour – and it actually tastes LIKE A STRAWBERRY CUSTARD TART. It’s been bubbling away for a few weeks and has been kept under wraps – but now it’s ready to pour! Where can you get your hands/mouth on it? It’ll kick off at Precinct this Sunday December 5 to help Precinct celebrate it’s first birthday (fun!) and then this limited-release brew will be on tap at Precinct AND at Bam Bam (they’ll have a mini keg system there) until it’s all sipped away. You will also be able to grab takeaway growlers of it from Precinct too. It won’t last long, so once it’s gone, it’s gone!
