On Saturday 23 July gather your family and friends and get into the Olympic spirit by trying out a new sport for FREE at one of our many sporting venues the Gold Coast has to offer.

From swimming and surfing lessons to wheelchair basketball and BMX demo’s, there’s something for everyone. On the Gold Coast we leave no one behind!

All you need to take part is your sports gear and enthusiasm.
