Commencing at 12 pm, immerse yourself in the embracing ambiance of The Fireplace restaurant as we welcome you with elegant festive theming. As a special touch, each guest will receive a personalised gift, adding an extra layer of joy and delight to your dining experience during this festive celebration.

During this remarkable experience, guests will have the pleasure of savouring an exquisitely curated six-course menu, thoughtfully prepared by our culinary experts. To complement this culinary journey, a premium selection of beverages will be offered, all thoughtfully included within the ticket price. This highly exclusive experience is available at $449 per person and has limited seats available. Please advise your dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Christmas Day Seafood Buffet
This festive season, Executive Chef Hamish Watt and the culinary team at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort bring you a delightful fusion of modern Australian flavours infused into the traditional Christmas fare. Embracing the spirit of the season, we’ve meticulously selected the finest, seasonal produce and exquisite Australian seafood to create a culinary experience that will enchant your taste buds.

Indulge in a worldly selection of hot and cold dishes and fresh seafood, before enjoying the traditional roast carvery with an assortment of festive condiments.

Be sure to save some room for in-house Pastry Chef, Lucas Mongelli’s, decadent dessert collection featuring a traditional Christmas pudding, fruit mince pies and other indulgent sweet treats. The desserts are aptly accompanied by a nitrogen ice cream station with all the trimmings.

Two sittings are available: 5 pm to 7 pm -and- 8 pm to 10 pm on Monday, 25 December 2023.
Adults can enjoy this festive buffet for $209 per person whilst Children aged 5 to 12 are priced at $89 per child. Children aged 4 and under are complimentary with a paying adult. Beverages are not included in the price and will be available to purchase on consumption.
