The HOTA Hawker Night Markets return on Saturday 7th June from 4pm to 9pm for a vibrant celebration of food, culture, and entertainment. Inspired by the lively hawker centres of Southeast Asia, the event will transform the HOTA precinct into an open-air street food paradise.

Visitors can explore over 150 stalls featuring sizzling international street eats, gourmet treats, artisan goods, and handmade finds. From steamy dumplings and spicy noodles to sweet bubble tea and crispy banh mi, there’s something to tempt every taste bud.

As you wander through lantern-lit paths with your hands full of delicious bites, enjoy live music from local bands, roving street performers, fire tricks, stilt walkers, and Chinese lion dancers – all creating an electric festival atmosphere.

Set on the beautiful HOTA grounds overlooking Evandale Lake and the Surfers Paradise skyline, this is a sensory experience not to be missed. Entry is free, but parking is limited due to multiple events in the area, so guests are encouraged to walk, ride, bus, scoot or carpool.
