Journey through various culinary landscapes with a specialty a three-course menu, exquisitely paired with our first-edition partners, Fever Tree and Cauldron Distillery, in global celebration of World Gin Day on 14 June 2025.

Savour Seared Scallops, accompanied with the sweet and floral notes of Sunset Gin, Salt Bush Lamb with the bold umami and Savoury Coastal Gin, finished with a Strawberry and Calamansi Charlotte coupled with a refreshing Australian True-Blue Gin.
