Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary

Last updated 21st March, 2024

Lorikeet Feeding and Sanctuary Café is open to the general public 7 days a week from 8am.

Our lush 27-hectare outdoor Sanctuary continues to play a vital role in connecting wildlife and nature with our community. The expansive ground provides an open-air safe haven for humans and animals alike and our conservation efforts are aimed to ensure that our Sanctuary and precious wildlife remain in place for generations to come.

A visit to the Sanctuary will feel a little different during this time, as we introduce new protocols and procedures to ensure that members and guests continue to enjoy a safe outdoor environment.

Come face-to-face with extraordinary wildlife in exciting daily shows such as Wild Skies – Free Flight Bird Show where you can enjoy hands-on encounters with the wildlife. Cuddle a koala, pat a kangaroo or book a hospital tour.  Discover Lost Valley as you wander your way along elevated walkways where you are able to experience and interact with exotic species such as Lemurs, Cotton-top Tamarins, Red Panda, Capybaras and our new addition to the family the Binturong along with free-flying birds and exotic reptiles There are so many must-do experiences.
