As with any great burger, it needs a supporting cast and in this case, is the house-made frozen custards or “concretes”. Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. has a very unique menu and clear points of difference that make it stand out from the rest. First is the custom blend, natural, all Australian beef patties and second is the creamy Concretes.
The inspiration for this venue comes from David Hales’ late grandmother Betty Anderson, who was known for making the best burgers in her day. The overall theme is a 50’s retro shack fit out that uses the highest quality materials and workmanship to recreate this classic burger spot.
Along with the menu, the branding and collateral is simple and to the point to keep the mood playful and the focus on the burgers and concretes. The emphasis is on fresh, simple, quick and delicious food made right in front of the customer’s eyes and Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. aims to deliver every time.
Each piece of cooking equipment, branded collateral, uniforms and signage have all been carefully developed to tell a story to the customer. That story is of a throw back concept that focuses on quality, simplicity and doing what we love.
