The Star Gold Coast are celebrating in style.
We Aussies love a good sporting event, any excuse to gather the crew, sit comfortably with beers in hand and yell things at the TV as if we’re professionals in every type of sport that’s ever existed. Such a good time.
The Super Bowl is one such sporting event. Yes it takes place in the US and yes, it’s a US sport but it’s also one of the biggest sporting events in the world and we as Aussies, are obviously here for it.
This year the game will take place (for us) on Monday February 3rd at 9.30am and you can bet that’s going to be one Monday we Gold Coasters get excited for.
Now as mentioned, the most fun thing to do is gather the crew but we highly recommend doing so at a location that is not your house so a. you don’t have to prep food. and b. you don’t have to clean up.
Surprise! The Star Gold Coast is where you need to be. They’re putting on a $20 Super Bowl Breaky at Harvest Buffet and there you can eat all of the tastiest US-inspired breakfast goodies.
Chicken wings with buffalo and blue cheese dipping sauces? YES PLEASE. How about Roast Ranch Potatoes with bacon, cheese and spring onions, Breakfast Quesadilla’s and Chicken and Waffles? Keep all those coming.
That good time goes from 6.30am until 8.30am so you can fuel up before the big game and the best part is, it’s only $20 per person. Great.
Afterwards all you need to do is mosey on over to the Sports Bar where you can catch all the action on the 10.5 metre LED mega screen and you’re set for a day of sport watching.
There are booth packages available and game day food specials plus Richard Champion will MC the event and there’ll be prize giveaways on the day.
See, SO much better than staying at home.
If you’re keen to secure a booth, book here ASAP and get excited for one of the biggest sporting events of the year complete with excellent eats and good company.
That’s our idea of a good time.
LOCATION: The Star Gold Coast, Casino Drive Broadbeach
WHEN: Monday February 3rd from 6.30am (for breakfast)
