Guests will have the opportunity to speak with self-proclaimed ‘whisky fanatic’ Dan Woolley from the prestigious Suntory group. Not only does Woolley have the word WHISKY tattooed across his knuckles, he has a collection of more than 800 bottles of whisky at home and travels the globe visiting distilleries – all in the name of research, of course.
In addition to firsthand insights into the Japanese whisky industry and exclusive tasting opportunities, Yamagen’s Executive Chef Adam Lane has created an exciting six-course menu paired with a selection of Suntory’s most sensational drops; such as the Sakura smoked ocean trout paired with Hakushu Distillers Reserve and the succulent wagyu beef sirloin MS6+ paired with Yamazaki 12 Year.
