Following the huge success of the past Winter Open Days and the Tweed Wedding Trail every year in January, the Tweed Winter Wedding Open Day is back. After an unprecedented and crippling 2020 for the wedding industry, Tweed Coast Weddings are thrilled to announce that the Winter Open Day is back on Sunday 18th July. It’s the perfect way for couples to kick start their wedding planning.
A unique showcase of this stunning region, the 2021 Tweed Winter Wedding Open Day features nine well known hinterland and coastal venues, plus extra new wedding venues joining the Open Day for the first time. In addition, over 80 local wedding suppliers will be showcasing their talent, creativity ands services throughout the venues. Covering a broad range of wedding needs, there’s an array of suppliers involved, everything from stylists, florists and photographers to mobile dessert vans, musicians, DJs, and pet minding.
This free and interactive event gives couples and their friends and families the chance to tour around the venues, meet and greet with suppliers and be inspired by incredible wedding styling, all at their own pace.
There’s so much to enjoy on the day, including Tweed Eco Cruises offering free half hour boat cruises on the Tweed river from 9.30am, departing near Ancora.
