Tempus Two offers contemporary, fruit driven and textural wines from renowned wine regions throughout Australia.
In collaboration with Tempus Two Winemaker Andrew Duff, Oyster Bar & Grill invites you to experience a night of wine tasting alongside a perfectly balanced menu, designed to accentuate the unique flavours of each wine. Andrew will take you through the story of Tempus Two and detail how the handpicked wines complement each course throughout the evening.
Focused on the ideals of fresh seafood and produce, the four course set menu features a wide range of textures and flavours including Westholme Wagyu Beef and our newest dessert, Delice of Chocolate.
The dinner will commence at 7:00pm with tickets available from $110.00 per person.
