Sparkling Summer at Paradise Centre

Paradise Centre will transform into a haven of free glittery family fun during Sparkling Summer – where the beach shimmers, sand glistens and the nights sparkle – from Tuesday 2 January to Sunday 21 January 2024.

Capturing the essence of a sun-soaked Gold Coast summer, the Surfers Paradise beachfront shopping precinct Paradise Centre will turn up the heat by serving up sparkling prizes, free live music and entertainment and a whole lot of fun in the sun.

Catch the infamous Paradise Centre mascots Beau the Budgie, Chip the Seagull and Lucy the Lorikeet as they roam their home. Snap a photo with them, challenge them to a dance-off and follow the trail of bubbles to join the avian escapade every day from 2-21 January from 12pm – 3pm daily.

Groove to the summer beat with live DJ sets from 12pm – 4pm on Tuesday 2 January and every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5-14 January.

Indulge in a free shimmer and sparkle makeover where you can choose to get glittered at the Paradise Sparkle Station, located at the beachfront dining precinct, from 12pm-4pm on Tuesday 2 January and every Thursday to Sunday from 4 – 21 January.

Take a pause from the summer antics, grab a FREE copy of Paradise Magazine Volume 2 and soak up the sun on one of the deck chairs in the beachfront dining precinct.
