Half a decade. Woah. Feels like just yesterday we served our first bowl. Now? We’re celebrating with 5 ramens over 5 weeks. New flavours. New experiences. And oh, limited bowls up for grabs. So, dash in. And while you’re at it, keep an eye out for weekly drink and snack deals.
WEEKLY RAMENS:
WEEK 06/09 to 10/09: RaRa X Impossible Meat – Hemp & Sunflower Seed Tantanmen
Plant lovers, rejoice! Introducing our 100% Plant-Based Tantanmen. Dive into a sunflower and hemp seed broth, topped with Impossible Meat mince, black fungus, menma, mixed nuts, and bok choy. And that kick? It’s our house-made Sichuan pepper & chili oil. A plant-based dream in a bowl!
WEEK 13/09 to 17/09: RaRa X Spicy Chicken Miso
Introducing our Spicy Chicken Miso ramen. Immerse yourself in our unique chicken paitan broth with a complex miso tare, topped with spicy chicken mince, charred sweet corn, purple cabbage, bean sprouts, shallots, cheese and our house-made chilli oil. Not to mention our RaRa stamped whole seasoned egg.
WEEK 20/09 to 24/09: RaRa X Matcha Tonkotsu
Yes, you’ve read it right! Presenting you with our unique Matcha Tonkotsu ramen. Dive into our speciality broth, a pork tonkotsu blended with matcha powder and our complex cream tare. Topped with our house-made charred-grill pork chashu, charred sweet corn, snowpea sprouts and a slice of Naruto. As well as our RaRa stamped whole seasoned egg on top.
WEEK 27/09 to 01/10: RaRa X Ebi Mazesoba
Last but not the least, our Ebi Mazesoba (soupless ramen). House-made thick chewy noodles, tossed with shio tare and Ebi (prawn) oil. Topped with a grilled king prawn, seaweed (kitzami nori), shallots, bamboo shoots (menma), fried shallots, our 63 degree onsen egg and a sprinkle of prawn powder and black sesame seeds. And for the final, a full-moon Japanese prawn cracker for your perfect picture.
