Come May 27, by far the most exciting event in Queensland’s culinary program will take place when the HOTA team brings together the culinary forces of world-renowned chef Marco Pierre White with Palette Executive Chef Dayan Hartill-Law for an exclusive 80 seat dinner.
For one night only, Marco and Dayan will co-curate a four-course menu embracing exquisite locally sourced ingredients, paired with exceptional wines. Guests will enjoy the five-star dining experience as well as get up close and personal with Marco, watching him in action in the kitchen and with a 15-20 minute Q&A.
