This Mother’s Day, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast invites guests to honour the maternal figures in their lives with a lavish seafood buffet lunch at the renowned Terraces Restaurant on Sunday, 11 May 2025.
Set against the backdrop of the resort’s iconic twinkling lagoons, tropical palm trees and beachfront views, thisMother’s Day lunch promises an elegant afternoon of indulgence. From 12:00pm to 3:00pm, guests will enjoy a sumptuous array of gourmet selections, accompanied by live entertainment and a two-hour beverage package featuring the acclaimed Whispering Angel rosé.
Terraces Restaurant, long celebrated as the Gold Coast’s most iconic seafood buffet destination, will showcase an elevated spread including an abundant Seafood Bar with Pacific Oysters, Balmain Bugs, Ocean King Prawns, Tiger Prawns, Crab and more. The buffet extends to feature premium sushi and sashimi, hot dishes such as Seared Barramundi with Salsa Verde and Baked Chicken with Olives, Lemon and Thyme, and interactive live stations serving Malaysian Laksa and traditional carvery.
The Cheese and Charcuterie Station will highlight artisanal cheeses from Nimbin Valley Dairy alongside a selection of cured meats, while the Waffle Station and Dessert selection offer decadent creations including Warm Waffles with Ice-Cream, Almond Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Mud Cake and Tiramisu.
Live entertainment will set the tone for an unforgettable afternoon, with musician Ben Ferguson captivating guests through a dynamic mix of smooth jazz, modern classics and reimagined crowd favourites – collating a vibrant soundtrack to complement an indulgent feast.
