Yamagen Japanese invites guests to embark on a sensuous 6 course gastronomic journey through the history of powerhouse Champagne Billecart-Salmon, accompanied by the culinary genius of Executive Chef Adam Lane.
The evening will be under the careful guidance of Executive Chef Adam Lane and Billecart-Salmon Global Brand Ambassador Sebastian Papin, as they take you through a sensory journey of balance and finesse.
This intimate Champagne Dinner will see 18 guests indulge on the finest seafood with the likes of the perfectly classical oyster and champagne duo, King Prawns fired up on the robata grill, seared tian of salmon and a mouth-watering New Zealand scampi tempura to name a few. Yamagen has sourced only the best to pair with the high calibre of Billecart-Salmon Champagnes.
