EmpowHER Hiking Program

This unique program empowers women and girls to explore the spectacular natural surrounds of the Scenic Rim whilst building confidence, fitness and participation in hiking. There are 60 guided hikes on offer for all fitness levels, from short walks to full-day adventures and, better yet, are just $15 per booking! The EmpowHER Hiking program is a new initiative that has never before been provided. Guided hikes are offered at subsidised cost for participants thanks to funding provided by the Queensland Government ActiveKIT program.

The ActiveKit initiative is a new funding program that is supporting the Active Industry (sport, active recreation and fitness industries). This project is jointly funded by Queensland Government, Health and Wellbeing Queensland and Scenic Rim Regional Council.
