Write your own magic new memories as Dreamworld launches the first ever Dreamworld Children’s Book Weekend, 24 – 25 August.

Following national Children’s Book Week®, Dreamworld’s Children’s Book Weekend is a chance to show off your Children’s Book Week® costumes and write your very own epic new memories!

Dress up as your favourite storybook character and march along in our costume parade! Plus, catch special appearances by Kenny and Belinda in their whimsical Book Weekend outfits – they might just sprinkle a little bit of magic your way!

Join in on the magic
Discover the magic of reading with local children’s authors and illustrators as they leap from the page to the stage to share their stories. Come and say hello and enjoy storytelling sessions that will whisk you away to new and exciting worlds.

Children’s Book Week® After Party
Don’t miss the official Children’s Book Week® After Party at Dreamworld Night Market on Friday, 23rd August! Show off your Children’s Book Week® costume and join us for street food, live music and entertainment from 5pm! Plus, there’s select rides, cartoons and sport on the big screen.

Entry to Dreamworld Night Market is free for all passholders and guests in costume, and just $2 for non-passholders, with rides and pay-per-play activities for the whole family.
