Prosecco Long Lunch at Cucina Vivo

Diners can then enjoy a substantial offering of semolina dusted loligo squid, mushroom and truffle arancini and of course Cucina Vivo’s very own Pizzaiolo Chef Fabio’s seasonal specialty pizza, a recipe he’s eager to share from his Italian roots.

To conclude the foodie formalities is the ultimate drool-worthy handmade cannoli, a decadent tubed pastry filled with whipped ricotta, citrus and pistachio. All of these mouth-watering dishes will be paired with one of the world’s most beloved Italian wines renowned for versatility to match any dish.

Dal Zotto’s Pucino Prosecco, the hero of the lunch, is the junior sibling to this King Valley winery’s flagship prosecco and is vibrant with hints of apple and pear… And of course, best when shared with family and friends.
