Cocktail Flight Club – ISLAND HOPPING

The after-work cocktail flight pop-up that has taken Brisbane by storm is arriving on the Gold Coast, only at the Island Rooftop.

Take a Friday night deep dive into the world of sublime cocktails at the Cocktail Flight Club pop-up. Sample the punchy, fruity, spicy, bitter and exotic fusions presented by our very own Rooftop mixologists.

The format of Cocktail Flight Club is simple! Take a seat at one of the preset tables and let our mixologist come to you. Each pop-up we will explore a new and playful range of cocktails Come up with a group name between your friends and we’ll seat you at your own table.

Tickets $20 – Get a 50ml sample of all three featured Cocktails plus a full cocktail of your favourite. The ‘trio of dips with wood fired bread’ and ‘charcuterie board’ are also available to purchase at the Eventbrite checkout. There’s one rule about Cocktail Flight Club… you must try Cocktail Flight Club!

The Island Rooftop is open until late every Friday with DJs, cold drinks, tasty eats and open-air Gold Coast vibes.

If sucking on lemons was a favourite pastime when you were a kid, you’ll love this bitter sweet selection of cocktails. Perfectly balanced and crafted to pack a punch, you can show the world just how sophisticated you’ve become since flashing that big citrus smile back in the day.

FROM THE 80S – FRIDAY 17TH MARCH
Sex On The Beach, a Slow Comfortable Screw or a Slippery Nipple? These cheeky little numbers were all the rage back in the day, along with ski-pants, shell suits and the Commodore 64 (if you know, you know). Take a ride in our time machine to the gloriously garnished, neon, multi-layered wonderland of 1980s era cocktails.

Ooh La La! Voulez-vous un cocktail ce soir? Feel like you’ve stepped into a light-hearted, charming and marvellously romantic noughties rom-com while sipping exquisitely crafted French inspired cocktails. No acting experience required.
