Internationally trained Executive Chef of Asian Cuisine, Chef Song Yao Su, has again masterfully designed an exquisite banquet lunch for Christmas Day celebrating the traditional flavours, ingredients and cooking styles from different regions of China.
The menu features a Dim Sim Platter of Vegetable Spring Rolls, Shui Mai and Scallop and Shrimp Dumplings as well as Sweet and Spicy Chicken and Fried Rice with Shrimp, Squid, Scallop with Golden Garlic.
The festive Banquet Lunch is paired with a 2.5-hour Beverage Package at $164.64pp for adults and from $41.16pp for children.
