On Wednesday 28th June 2023, we are introducing our very first Cheesemakers Dinner. Hosted by some of the best in the business, Room81’s very own, Chef YK & Woombye Cheese owner, Beth O’Leary.
Woombye Cheese Company are passionate about cheese and the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. This lush setting makes for happy cows; and happy cows produce the purest of milk. Woombye Cheese are an award winning company that creates and produces all cheese by hand, using traditional methods with care and experience.
Chef YK has curated eight sumptuous dishes, highlighting the vast variety of the Woombye collection and our in house sommelier has perfectly paired matching wines.
