Cape Mentelle Winemaker Dinner

We invite you to join us for one night only as The Star Gold Coast & Cape Mentelle curate an exquisite dining experience that promises to bring the taste of the Margaret River to Garden Kitchen & Bar.

Joined by Cape Mentelle Winemaker Ben Cane, the decadent canapes and three course menu will showcase the finest land & sea produce, paired to perfection with an assortment of Cape Mentelle wines.

Celebrating their 50th year, the multi-award winning winery begun their journey chartered off the coast of Western Australia and now have a well established reputation in the wine market.

The evening, which will be a communal seating experience, will be hosted by Western-Australian winemaker Ben Cane. Having received his post-graduate diploma in oenology, Ben has been fortunate to have travelled the world developing some of the finest wines in some of the largest estates, of which he looks forward to sharing the stories and secrets with guests.
