Australia’s newest luxury destination – The Langham, Gold Coast, is proud to announce its partnership with the esteemed Champagne house, Veuve Clicquot Rosé, to introduce an exclusive afternoon tea experience that draws inspiration from a champagne embodying sophistication and flair, reminiscent of the legacy of Madame Clicquot herself.
Set within the grandeur of The Langham’s highly-acclaimed Palm Court, the Afternoon Tea provides an opulent backdrop for a sensory experience, inviting guests to revel in life’s most refined pleasures.
Curated by The Langham’s executive culinary team, the menu features a blend of sweet and savoury delicacies, meticulously paired to enhance the effervescent charm of Veuve Clicquot Rosé. On the nose, this champagne unfolds with a bouquet of red fruit and citrus aromas, while the palate is lively and fresh – a true reflection of Madame Clicquot’s audacious spirit.
Savoury enthusiasts can anticipate delicacies crafted from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, such as chilled Mooloolaba Prawns embraced by ruby grapefruit, mint and a hint of gochujang. Meanwhile, those with a sweet tooth can lose themselves in delectable desserts inspired by the vibrancy of seasonal spring fruits, including ‘Raspberry & Hibiscus’ and ‘Blueberry & Violet.’
The Veuve Clicquot Rosé Afternoon Tea will run until December, with a limited number of seatings available each day, between 2pm – 5pm with last seatings taking place at 4pm.
Prices are set at $169pp (Monday to Friday), $179pp (Saturday to Sunday), inclusive of a complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot Rosé. Bookings are essential.
