Australia’s newest luxury destination – The Langham,Gold Coast – is delighted to announce the appointment of Executive Pastry Chef, Johann Vanier: the culinary artist drawing inspiration from his French heritage to present a delectable ‘Taste of France’ afternoon tea experience, available from June 1,2023.
The afternoon tea will be hosted in The Langham’s highly acclaimed Palm Court and features a rich tapestry of French gastronomy, made with the finest locally-sourced Australian ingredients to offer a selection of sweet and savoury desserts.
The ‘Taste of France’ afternoon tea experience with Johann Vanier will run throughout the month of June, with a limited number of seatings available each day and prices set at $109 per person weekdays and $119 weekends. The sittings will be hosted between 2pm – 5pm with last sittings taking place at 4pm.
