As you’d expect, the creepy crew at Nightjar (love y’all) are hosting an Insane Asylum themed Halloween party. This means dressing up as anything you’d find there – go as yourself if that works for you. Doors open from 6pm on October 31st and DJ Sean is playing a set. It’s going to be out of control. Ever experienced Halloween in a brewery, dark after? Neither have we but sounds like a creepy time. Which is why the crew at Burleigh Brewing think it’s a good idea to show 90’s supernatural horror film The Craft on Thursday the 31st of October. In line with the Gold Coast Film Festival it’ll be a 90’s take on Halloween including wannabe witches, craft beer, spooky vibes and good times. Plus, popcorn of-course. Turn up in your best Halloween dress, make up and all.

Aviary Rooftop Bar
It’s a ‘Til Death us Party ah, party at Aviary Rooftop bar this Halloween. Ghouls and gals will get a complimentary gore shot or arrival, Halloween-style pizzas, a spooky grazing table filled with weird and wonderful canapés, bottomless beer, wine and cider and a face and body painter to take your costume to the next level. There’s a best-dressed prize and tickets are just $49 per person. It’s on Thursday October 31st from 6pm to 9pm and it’s going to be a very good time.

Retros Surfers Paradise
Go and do the Monster Mash at Retros this Halloween. It’ll be a graveyard smash. For a spooky time they’re celebrating over three nights! With plenty of promos and giveaways, along with best-dressed prizes, Retro’s will be where you want to go for a mysteriously good time. Good tunes too.

Dracula’s Cabaret Restaurant
It’s a weeklong festival of Halloween at the Gold Coast’s spookiest spot – Dracula’s Cabaret Restaurant. With brand new show Muertos now showing, you’ll be encouraged to sip tequila laced cocktails and ride the Ghost Train into the theatre of the Vampire. Dress to impress, there’ll be prizes up for grabs for the very best dressed humans. Think colourful sugar skull makeup, skeletons, sombreros and marigolds in your hair. Delicious.

The darkest day on the calendar is upon us, so go get your freak on for Burleigh Pavilion’s terrifying Halloween Party. Enjoy a night of boos and booze as you chomp on creepy canapes and sip on spooky $10 Bacardi cocktails. There’s an eerie cocktail on arrival for you to sip before DJs hits the decks for you to dance your fears away. Fancy dress is essential with killer face painting provided and prizes for best dressed. Prepare the squad for a scarily good time.
