Burleigh Pavilion
There are very few places that offer a better view and therefore, a better Sunday session option than Burleigh Pavilion. Right on the ocean in the heart of Burleigh and offering both a sit down and more casual menu paired with all of the lovely sips, you’re guaranteed to have a good time at The Pav.

Nineteen at The Star
After brunch comes the after party and that’s what’s up at the fanciest rooftop bar on the Gold Coast, Nineteen at The Star. Indulge in a boozy brunch on the restaurant side and then head over to the bar for kick ons overlooking the city and the sea. There’s a stunning drinks menu and you get to dress up in your prettiest frock too.

Crafty’s Sports Bar
Touted as the hottest place to spend a Sunday afternoon, Crafty’s is the perfect spot for a classic brew or cocktail and a nibble with friends. Inject some fun and entertainment into your Sunday with a friendly competition on the ping pong table or corn hole pitch with the crew. Of course, there’s always a tonne of sport on screen to ensure you never miss your favourite team. Good times.

Justin Lane is the place to be, not only on a Sunday but any day of the week. The rooftop bar is the perfect spot to enjoy a sunny afternoon, boasting views of the Burleigh foreshore and stunning Gold Coast Skyline. Oozing personality, this space will not disappoint!

Want to keep it casual and not spend the big bucks? Head to Food Works in Burleigh’s James Street, stock up on cheese and crackers, pick up a bottle of wine and make your way to Burleigh Hill for a Sunday session Burleigh style.

Garden Kitchen & Bar
Wind down the weekend at Garden Kitchen & Bar, where lazy afternoons meet steamy nights. Think live tunes on the deck, flirty banter on the lawn, frosty drinks at the bar, and tasty bites on the menu… all the ingredients for an A-grade good time.

See out the weekend the right way with a relaxing Sunday Session at Café Catalina. Every Sunday local musicians wow the crowd with live performances from 2.30pm to 5.30pm. Enjoy magical music, amazing cocktails and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at Café Catalina, overlooking the Broadwater.

Another foodie venue featuring a sexy rooftop bar perfect for your next Sunday session. Don’t forget on Sunday’s you can down two hours of f Aperol Spritz between 3pm-5pm for their Blush Sundays. Get amongst it.

Nobby’s Beach
Nobby’s Beach has to be THE Sunday Session hotspot. Start off at Nobby’s Arc for some amazing pizza and head right over to Bine Bar & Dining for delicious craft beer available on eight rotating taps before making your way over to The Cambus Wallace to farewell the weekend in style.

Koi
There’s no place in Broadbeach that is better known for their Sunday sess. Live action and musical entertainment at Koi – a Gold Coast institution, is an event that can’t be missed. Sit back, relax and enjoy some of the finest live acts the Gold Coast has to offer, including the legendary Koi Boys.

Bo’teku
The newest kid on the block, Bo’teku in Cooly are not only serving up yummy eats and a smashing cocktail menu but live music on Sunday arvos overlooking the ocean. What more could you want? Nothing that’s what. Get down there.

Las Palmas
The newest kid on the block is Las Palmas, taking up space where Lester & Earl once lived and it’s an absolute beauty. With Latin American-inspired eats and an impressive array of cocktails, all overlooking the ocean, this is one spot you’re going to want to be on Sunday afternoons. Dress up in your finest because the interior is so pretty, you’ll be Insta-snapping up a storm.
