Your own slice of paradise...
The Collective Palm Beach is here, all your food porn desires in one tropical, outdoor location. The brainchild of Jeremy Davidson, Chloe & Wayne Hubbard, their inspiration from European style food markets has been brought to life.
The transformation of the old Palm Beach post office brings you five kitchens, stylish communal outdoor dining (with retractable ceilings for the damp days), lush plants and awesome artwork. Private areas are also available for hire if you're after something a little more intimate.
The big game changer though would have to be the rooftop bar. Think Santorini; white walls, ocean glimpses, breathtaking sunsets, day lounges, palm trees... you get the idea. Again with retractable ceilings which allow roof top dining rain, hail or shine.
A step up from the market stalls you're used to; The Collective will offer full table service, real cutlery (no more cardboard yay!) and one menu that offers choices from any of the amazing kitchens (a vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menu also included). DJ's and live music to set the mood on the weekends.
Who's going to be cooking in the kitchens?
Luckies Diner - Easy Street Diner have come to the table and will be sharing the American love.
The Italian Job - From the owners of Bread and Butter, bringing you delicious wood fired pizzas & tapas.
Umami - Asian fusion at it's finest. Brought to you by Mamasan's Vincent Seng.
Calavera - Hola authentic Mexican cuisine.
The Kitchen @ The Collective - Modern Australian share plates.
It gets even better though, aside from the fit out which can only be likened to some sort of exotic retreat, the amazing food brought to you by well-known Gold Coast favourites and the rooftop bar that's set to impress, The Collective will also offer take-away! Can't make it to paradise, then they'll deliver a slice to your door.
This new Gold Coast eats gem is set to open mid December 2016 and guaranteed to offer a dining experience that ticks all the boxes.
Open 7 days a week 12pm - 9pm
The Kitchen @ The Collective also open for breakfast 7 days a week from 7am.
